On the lanyard
Every crew member wears their own badge, so the tip goes to the person who finished the car.
Each crew member has their own ENVO code on a badge, and the exit can have a stand. The driver scans it, sees the worker's photo and name, and tips with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card, with no app or account. Tips are individual: each one goes to the worker whose code was scanned, and ENVO doesn't pool tips. The worker receives 100% of the tip; the driver pays a small service fee, shown in dollars first.

A stand where drivers pull out, with one line: Tip Diego in seconds.
Show to customer puts the code full screen on white, right at the driver's window.
